Team DiscHeads 7oz Navy Blue Jersey

Team DiscHeads 7oz Navy Blue Jersey
Team DiscHeads 7oz Navy Blue Jersey $48.00

Short Sleeve 7oz lightweight breathable quick wicking, quick drying technical fabric infused with a 100% natural anti-odour treatment. Full color Team DiscHeads Logo on the back.

Team Discheads is a new Victoria Based Disc Golf Team, sponsored by KodHedZ Software Development, Inc.  We will be represented by various Coastal Region DiscGolfers.  We are currently accepting requests and nominations for Team Players.

We are still working out percentages of the following benefits for Team Players, but the ideas of what we can do are outlined below:

  • Jerseys custom made of stretchable, breathable fabric.  Dark blue with yellow sleeves (possibly wide stripes) and orange collar and trim.  Numbers chosen by the Player and made to fit.  Logo in visible areas on sleeves, front and back, or incorporated into the fabric design. Sponsors logos added as available.
  • Hats, broad rimmed caps orange and blue.  logo on front, Team Number on back.
  • Bags, custom made discgolf bags with logos and possibly custom colored yellow/blue/orange fabric.
  • Discs, custom line of champion discs, still deciding which manufacturer to use.  Team Players will decide on the make and model and weight of the Official Team Discheads Disc.  Team Players will have discs bearing their Team Number.  For now, team numbers are limited from 1-99.
  • Partial Reimbursement for Expenses:  Yes, we will pay part of your entry fee, and sometimes cover part of your travel costs to play at tournaments and events around the world.  For now, we will stick to the Coastal Region of Canada/US.
  • Stickers!! Lots of variety, waterproof vinyl.  Give em out and place them everywhere you go!

Team Discheads will be sponsoring tournaments with prizes and merchandise.  Each Team Player will have a variety of prizes and promo items to distribute at the sponsored tournaments.  The only thing we don't give away is the jerseys, players have to earn those.

Team Discheads will be working with local Youth Groups and Schools to create an opportunity for local youth to realize the benefit of DiscGolf in their communities.  We are actively seeking donations of OLD DISCS that we can let these kids use.  We are expecting to need 200 discs for a good session to make it worthwhile.

Team Discheads is actively seeking a local Farmer or Landowner with a barren field or sizable peice of unused land to turn it into a professional, well maintained Disc Golf Course on the SAANICH Peninsula.  We would be happy to negotiate some sort of reimbursement for the use of the land.  If a smaller peice of land if available and is at least 500 feet long, we would be able to set up a driving range for DiscGolfers, if the chance presents itself.

6/7/2007 8:01:02 PM GEORGE Hey Mark, Got your message but you didn't leave any contact info. I seem to have misplaced your number, and there is no direct email from this site. Anyhow, I would like to get some video clips from you and whatnot. I have very little phone time available these days so email is best. Cheers! George
