DUCK GOLF #5: Robert Burnaby

Duck golf #5 will be held at Robert Burnaby park on Saturday Feb 7 2009. Players meeting will be at 9:30am sharp, with tee-off at 10am (to avoid darkness). Mike Graff will be the tournament TD (click here to email mike).

On the right hand side of this page is a course map with distance table and a map for directions to Robert Burnaby Park. Note that tournament central will be at the upper parking lot (near the pool). Drive down Hill Street and take the first left.

The course will be set up Saturday January 31st at 11am for practice play.

As this is the 5th of 8 tournaments in the series, we are past the half way point so players will be grouped in their respective divisions in series point order for the first round (at least as best as be within the time between signup close and players meeting start).

Pre-registration is up on the Mundy Park website - pre-registration is free and non-manditory, however you are encouraged to sign up as it helps significantly in tourament organization (you can also see the list of registered players to check up on your sandbagging buddies :).

There will likely be snow on the ground so take care to bring appropriate footwear and clothing. There will be a minimum of a 30 minute break between rounds and there are some nearby stores on edmonds street in case you didn't pack food.
